1. Scope

This draft describes how Private Bitcoin Advisory ("we") handles information in connection with this pre-launch website. It will be updated before any paid services begin.

2. What this website collects today

  • The inquiry form on this site does not transmit or store your answers on our servers. Submitting it only opens your own email application with a pre-filled draft that you may edit or discard.
  • We receive information only if you choose to send us an email, and only what you include in it.
  • Your language preference (English/Spanish) is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
  • Our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. [REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm hosting provider's logging and any analytics before launch.]

3. What we never request

We will never ask for your passwords, private keys, seed or recovery phrases, or account login credentials. Please do not send them to us.

4. How we use emails you send

To reply to your inquiry and coordinate potential educational sessions. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Future services

Payment processing and scheduling are not active. When they are introduced, those providers will process the information you give them under their own policies, and this policy will be updated to identify them before use. [REVIEW REQUIRED]

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us to make a request. [REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm applicable obligations.]
